We are a family-owned and operated company. Living in the Chatham area for over 35 years, we have a special interest in the health and well being of our local communities.

Mike Bucuk

The "brains" behind our plant care and ecological services, Mike has a B.S in Agroecology from Rutgers University and a passion for ecology and sustainable development. He works closely with our clients, landscape designers and crews to develop and maintain ecologically sound landscapes. When not working in the field or the office, Mike is often found reading or taking day trips with his girlfriend Mindy. Mike is a farmer at heart and spends any free time he can find working in his large vegetable gardens. In the near future, he hopes to integrate a local, diversified organic farm into the business.

Tom Bucuk

Tom brings 30 years of experience improving and transforming businesses and managing people at major corporations. He is always focused on long-term business planning but somehow is still able to manage the day to day operations, scheduling and the equipment. Tom has played a crucial role in developing relationships with our suppliers and business partners and ensuring smooth operations as we grow. In the past, Tom's hobbies were working in the yard and his garage, but now that he does this for a living he spends any time off relaxing in his hot tub and watching comedy central.

Debbie Bucuk

You probably know Debbie from calling or emailing our office. She handles our customer service, Quickbooks and all the other responsibilities of running the office. Debbie is a Master Gardener and she manages to get out of the office a couple times a week to maintain our clients' perennial gardens and work with the crews on special installations. Debbie also works one day a week at d.j. crater, a women's clothing boutique in town. You may also see her at the Madison YMCA teaching spinning classes and personal training.
